To secure your appointment and reserve a dedicated time slot specifically for your vehicle, all bookings require a fixed, non-refundable deposit based on the service selected:

• Exterior Services: $30 deposit
• Interior Services: $40 deposit
• Full Detail Services: $50 deposit

Why do we require a deposit?
As a mobile detailing business, our time, travel, and schedule are entirely dedicated to you during your booked slot. When an appointment is booked, we turn away other potential clients and reserve that specific window just for your vehicle. This deposit ensures that our detailers can safely travel to your location and guarantees your spot on our daily schedule. Rest assured, your entire deposit is credited directly toward your final service total on the day of your detail!

To perform the service, we just need access to your standard outdoor water spigot and a power outlet we can plug into at your home or office.

We value your time and reserve your appointment slot specifically for your vehicle. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations/Reschedules: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Pet Hair Removal Required Add-On: Pet hair removal is a required add-on and must be selected if your vehicle contains a regular amount of pet hair.

Extreme Pet Hair: Extreme Pet hair removal is required to be selected if your vehicle has heavy, deeply embedded pet hair woven into the carpets or seats. This requires intensive manual extraction, specialized rubber lifting tools, and extensive labor time. Final pricing will be confirmed in person upon inspection before work begins. Adds 1–2 hours to your service time.

Vehicle Condition Disclaimer:
• Service selection is based on average vehicle condition. Once we arrive, we’ll assess the vehicle to confirm the booked service is sufficient.
• In cases of excessive dirt or buildup, additional time or a higher-level package may be required.
• All changes will be reviewed with you before proceeding—no surprises.
• If you know your vehicle is dirtier than average, please note this during booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Mold Disclaimer:
• We do not perform mold removal of any kind. If your vehicle has visible mold or mildew, we are unable to service it.
• If mold is discovered upon arrival, the appointment will be cancelled and your fixed deposit ($30 for Exterior, $40 for Interior, $50 for Full Detail) will be retained and will not be refunded. This is because we've reserved a dedicated time slot and detailer specifically for your vehicle.
• Please inspect your vehicle for mold before booking.
• By booking, you confirm that your vehicle is mold-free.
